Room in Penryn in a shared house

I have to leave my room in a shared house (Penryn) early june but the tenancy runs until mid-august, I'm searching for someone to take over during that time.

The rent is £550 per month, all bills included (water, electricity, gardening fees), the house is located near the train station, 20 minutes walk from the university of Exeter. There's a nice garden surrounding the house, and the room in itself has a double-bed, a desk, and a cupboard. I'll also probably leave my kitchen equipment (pan, plates, cutlery) and my duvet and pillows if the next tenant wants them. The other people in the house are all students and would prefer a non-smoker.
