I am renting out one bedroom in my 3 bed cottage hidden away from the road in one of Penryn’s oldest streets. We are close to several bus routes and also a 10 minute walk from the train station. We are walkable to local shops and also 2 supermarkets
I live here with my dachshund. and cat - both friendly and house trained. The cottage is super cosy with lovely features and is a welcoming space.
The room is currently unoccupied with a climb up-to bed for maximum space. Rent includes all bills.

Would suit a student - especially someone who prefers a living space away from a lively student house, or needs to focus on end of degree year demands.
