Lounge through to outside space

Hey! We’ve got two rooms available coming up from 12th May.

First room is on the top floor, large double with en-suite. Unfurnished.

Second room is actually two adjacent rooms, so you get a bit of extra space. Think one for bed and wardrobe ( this room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers included) one for office or mini private lounge.

The house is right by the river in Penryn. Sunshine Café, Pizzeria 42, The Neighbourhood Wine Bar, The Famous Barrel, Dynamite Taproom, and Situ Café (convenient for run club) are all within a 5 minute walk.

About the house. Two parking spaces, one large lounge, separate kitchen/ dining. Three bathrooms (one is the en-suite) but basically a bathroom each. Sofa in lounge and the dining table are all staying. Outside space by the river. One female, professional in one room already who has been there a year and absolutely loves it, especially now the evenings are getting lighter and the bench out back by the river becomes a great spot to hang out.

Rent is £670 plus bills. Roughly £825-50 total.

Ideally we want to have likeminded people living together. Full time employment, friendly, clean and considerate, this is not a party house. No pets sorry.
