The flat is nice and quiet, a good environment for a quiet student or professional. I am away a lot so the lodger will have the benefit of plenty of time on their own in the flat but in my spare time I like a bit of classic rock, some dirty humour but generally I just enjoy a nice relaxed lifestyle.

Room receives lots of natural light from two large windows and property benefits from private entrance to rear and private garden with shed.

Gas and electric will be split 50/50. Council tax and broadband are included in the price advertised.

Please note this rate reflects that the new lodger will have use of their room and shared kitchen and bathroom only.

The room will be available for you to move into from the 11th March.

Also, the pictures of the room are from before my previous lodger moved in, it is largely the same but the carpet has been replaced, you will of course be able to see this for yourself when you view the property.
