We are a quiet, relaxed household and are looking for someone who appreciates a calm environment.
The room is at the back of the house, with rural views - a stream, trees & fields in a quiet location but within easy walking access to Tremough campus, buses, trains & supermarkets
The kitchen living space is half a conservatory, with the woodland and wildlife surroundings.
I’m a retired nurse & live in landlady - the other tenant is a lovely pHD student who occupies the ground floor bedroom.
Ariya & Marley, who are sweet and nervous cats, complete the household.
The rent covers bills, inclusive of council tax and cleaning of the communal areas
