Washing machine and tumble dryer, garden, parking and easy access onto the Gannel and Fistral. 15 minute walk into Newquay. The house is a large four double bedroom detached house. Big modern kitchen, utility room, two bathrooms and all the usual facilities you expect.
We are currently an NHS house so you would need to be considerate of night shifts etc. It’s important that you have a job and go to work….working from home doesn’t work after nights shifts I’m afraid. Tidiness, cleanliness and respect for the home are all important.
There is an ex police dog who is now very cuddly and silly and an OAP cat.
