Pentire spacious double room

We have a large double room available in our house that we moved into a few months ago. We have an en suite so the bathroom would mostly be your own. The room is across a large hallway with another room between - so feels very private.

The room is equipped with a comfortable king sized bed, small desk, bedside table and built in wardrobe. If the room is lacking any furniture that you need, just let me know!

The house is situated down Trehellan Hill on Pentire, which has a path directly down to the river Gannel, and is close to (walking distance) Fistral beach and town. It has a garden with seating etc. a shed for surfboards and a hot/cold outdoor shower for post surf/beach/bike ease :) It has a living room, dining room, conservatory and kitchen. All bills are included, with access to super fast fibre WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

My boyfriend and I live in the house... We’re chilled, friendly, outdoorsy, respectful of personal space but also sociable. We both work full time and have plenty of sports that keep us out and anout - particularly surfing and fitness. We’re looking for a like minded easy going clean/tidy person who likes a chilled, calm house :)

Our current lodger is moving out at the end of the month to her new own house. I’m sure she’d give us a good recommendation if you ask her :D
