I’m a 30 year old professional looking for a housemate to share a large, sunny flat in central Penzance: the bedroom is large and unfurnished apart from a double sleigh bed and mattress if needed. The rest of the property comprises of a large living room, a small kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom with a separate WC, a balcony and the second bedroom. I’m looking for a tidy, friendly housemate to share with. Please note this is a second floor property. Due to past experience, unfortunately I’m not looking to share with someone hoping for a party house. I’m very clean and tidy and occasionally work from home. The weekly rent is inclusive of all bills and WiFi.
