Shared bathroom - with 1 other. Shared kitchen and dining area - with 2 others. Kitchen has washing machine. We don't have a dryer but there are several drying areas in the house and a line outside. Shared use of the garden - decking area gets lots of sun in the summer.

Please note there is no shared living room.

Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

Located in the Alverton area of Penzance. 10 mins walk to sea front down Love Lane. 10 mins walk to town. 2 minutes to bus stop. 2 minutes to local shop, pub and chip shop. 10 mins walk to Asda & Lidl.

On street parking in a well lit area.
