Beautiful houseshare top floor of Country House with separate entrance, looking for a buddy-up to share costs with current tenant of rent and utilities and council tax band A. House will be sold, but can guarantee at least four months. Has views of the ocean and surrounding fields. Tricky spiral staircase entrance to be aware of. No broadband but can look at sharing current ee internet costs, Looking for someone relaxed and friendly, respectful of other’s space (washes up, cleans basic decency etc.) and someone who prefers lights off by midnight and parties outside the house as need to be respectful of landlord’s space too. Fine for partner/friend visits occasionally but needs to be reasonable and not live in. No smoking. Beautiful shared living room and kitchen. Good size double room. Smaller shared bathroom with shower but it works fine. Will need to arrange own bedding and furniture, lots on Facebook market going for free, Looking for someone from 1st of June or possibly 1st May for at least four months to start and then one month rolling contract (as by the landlord’s contract). Deposit of £325 for tenancy by 26th April, plus separate utilities and electric deposit around £150 kept securely and legally via landlord deposit scheme directly to landlord. £83 of £166 shared council tax by 26th April to secure it to current flatmate.
