My house is in a very quiet area of Penzance, the room is big with a king sized bed, sadly it's not en-suite there's a shared bathroom with a shower. Shared living room and kitchen and there's a garden at the front and back with seating available. Washing machine and tumble dryer available too. I don't have terrestrial TV as I refuse to pay the TV licence but you're free to use my Netflix account or use my 100+ DVDs. I have a very quiet dog who keeps to herself and is kind of anti-social and won't jump at you or make a fuss. I will be living with you, I'm very quiet, laid back and chilled, I don't party or go out partying those days are well and truly over with.
