Lovely flat mate wanted asap for a large 2 bedroom flat in Penzance. Very large double bedroom big enough to make it a lounge as well. The size of the flat means that we can basically have a side each (I currently have the smaller bedroom and front lounge area). Shared kitchen (large) and bathroom. Small courtyard at the front perfect for bbq’s (or hanging out washing). Close to Penlee Park, town centre and the prom. I work full time, hope I am easy to get on with and am tidy. The landlords are a couple and are brilliant. It is a large period house so they live upstairs with their family.
