Double room available in fully furnished house, a 10 minute walk from Porth beach. The excitement of central Newquay is right on the doorstep in just 3 min car ride or 10 min cycle, whilst out of the way of the tourist madness in the summer.

Looking for a friendly, tidy person who has a job and is looking for a place to call home. Ideally someone who loves the sea and is keen for a few house dinners/bbqs. Sharing with two other housemates who are a couple, both love surfing. Due to existing arrangement with the office space no full-time home working although part time or flexible would be considered.

The house is a non-smoking 3 bed place with open plan lounge-kitchen, shared bathroom and a lovely sunny garden with decking area and sea view.

It's on a lovely, residential street with a community vibe. There is parking for one car on the front drive shared between housemates :) and street parking right by the house.
