King size bed, big room, utiful house by the sea.

This spacious beautifully decorated room, with king size bed and view over the garden is available from the end of September. The room has one large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, cube box shelving, wooden desk, chair, two mirrors and two bedside tables with three drawers each. There's plenty of space for clothes and storage etc for one or two people. It comes with it's own parking space immediately in front of the property. The beach is a stone's throw away :)

You have a newly refurbished kitchen downstairs which is fully equipped and also has a dining area where you can sit and enjoy any cooking you may do. There is an American style fridge freezer, washing machine dish washer and all the crockery, cutlery etc you may need.

The comfortable lounge room with sea view, log burner, tv, dvd player, two sofas, two arm chairs, side table, coffee table and plenty of books/dvds is a beautiful space to sit and relax.

The house has oil fired central heating and a log burner in the front room. It is super cosy, very well insulated and warms up really quickly :)

The newly refurbished shower room is downstairs through the lounge and would be shared with just one other person (female).

Please note there are 2 further bedrooms in the house, one with it's own bathroom so you will share just the living room, kitchen and garden with 2 other rooms.

We are situated less than a one minute stroll to the gorgeous Blue Flag beach of Porthtowan. Here you can catch a wave, hang out in the sand dunes or take to the coastal path for beautiful walks as far as you wish to go. The views are breath taking as the heath covered rocky cliffs, dotted with Cornish mine ruins, give way to the clear blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy beaches.

Whether a walker, a surfer or someone just looking to escape and soak up the natural beauty that is Cornwall, I hope we can offer everything you may be looking for.

This room is available to couples for an extra £150pcm. All bills are included. Please note this room is available definitely for 6 months, with the possibility of extending for a further couple of months to June/July time (I will only know this around the beginning of next year).
