Houseshare in spacious flat in Redruth

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a two bed in central Redruth.

Good bits:
- a small back garden
- the room is a large double and gets the morning sunlight
- a quiet and relaxed house
- 2 mins walk to the train station
- a good hot shower
- a quirky Cornish rex cat called Nancy
- the flat is light and airy on two levels with high ceilings and feels very spacious so not living on top of each other
- private local landlords
- the loo and main bathroom are separate
- I'm very clean and tidy and used to house sharing so respect some privacy but like to get to know each other

Bad bits
- I work from home most of the time
- no hot running water (except the electric shower)
- no wifi
- on-road can be found within a couple of mins walk
-if you don't like the noise of trains, it may bother you

Monthly rent is £387.50 plus around £200 a month for bills (council tax band A). You'd come on the tenancy with me on month by month basis. It would be short term from one month, unless you feel you want to apply to take on the tenancy yourself (or with another) after I move out - I am looking to move around October

I'm vegan so if you're at least pescetarian that would be great!
