Existing tenants are international, respectful and working. It’s a very quiet house; partly due to masses of insulation but also because many tenants work nights and weekends. This is a friendly home but not a party house.
There’s no parking but easy street or council car park (free 4pm-9am) on the same street (West End). Resident seasonal passes available for 80p per day.

Excellent bus services to Treliske hospital and Truro. Good services to Camborne, Penzance and Penryn Campus. It is a very short walk to the train station, shops and 15 minutes to Redruth and Camborne Hospital.
