Existing tenants are diverse, respectful and working. It’s a very quiet house; partly due to masses of insulation but also because many tenants work nights and weekends. This is a friendly home but not a party house. .
There’s no parking but easy street or council car park (free 4pm-9am or £1/day) on the same street.

Excellent bus services to Treliske hospital and Truro. Good services to Camborne, Penzance and Penryn Campus. It is walking distance to the train station, shops and Barncoose hospital.
