The room feature’s a Double bed, Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shared use of the rest of the house.
Suited to someone who is working. As it is a working household, with two other gentleman.
There is no smoking in the house due to insurance, smoking outside is fine.
Please Note there is no storage other than your room or shed at the end of the garden, not water tight but may suit a surf board. Loft access is restricted.
