1 x Double room to rent in newly renovated 3 bedroom house in Roche, Cornwall. Perfect location for exploring all of Cornwall.

My husband and I work in Exeter and occasionally pop back at weekends (or for a night or two during the week if working in Cornwall). I work as a vet travelling all over Devon and Cornwall and my partner works as a firefighter.

References are available on request from all past tenants.

There is a shared living and kitchen area, conservatory, utility room, nice big garden which is lovely in the summer, side walkway, front garden, garage and 2 parking spaces.

Roche has a co-op, farm shop, butchers, chemist, hairdressers, fantastic access to the A30, bus routes and a train station. We are 15 minutes from Watergate bay (which is where we tend to spend every spare moment in summer!) And 15 minutes from the beautiful south coast around St Austell. We would recommend having a car in order to appreciate the benefits of living here.

Please note if a couple staying in one room price will be £800pm per room.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and will enjoy living in our home and treat it respectfully when we are away.

As we all work full time, we would prefer someone who is also in a similar position. Please feel free to get in touch! :)

We also have a gorgeous 2 year old cocker spaniel who loves cuddles and is very well behaved.
