Double room to rent in newly renovated 3 bedroom house in Roche, Cornwall. Perfect location for exploring all of Cornwall!

You will be living with my myself and occasionally my boyfriend, both of which work full time (Firefighter and Vet) and our current tenant who is a Watersports instructor and Author. We're in our late twenties, very easy going and friendly. One of our lodgers who has been with us for a year is now leaving to move back to the South East and we will be very sad to see her go! References are available on request from all past tenants.

The house has 3 washrooms so separate rooms can be arranged if needed. There is a shared living and kitchen area, conservatory, utility room, nice big garden, side walkway, front garden, garage and 2 parking spaces.

Roche has a co-op, farm shop, butchers, chemist, hairdressers, fantastic access to the A30, bus routes and a train station. We are 15 minutes from Watergate bay (which is where we tend to spend every spare moment in summer!) And 15 minutes from the beautiful south coast around St Austell. We would recommend having a car in order to appreciate the benefits of living here.

Please note if a couple staying in one room price will be £650pm per room.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and will enjoy living in our home.
