Shared House in Rose

A room has become available in our lovely little cottage, situated just outside of Rose, near Perranporth & Newquay.

The house has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and utility room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and tumble drier etc.

There is a lounge with fireplace and dining table which leads to a second cubby room where I have an office space and a shared second TV room.

Shared bathroom runs through the kitchen and second smaller utility room.

The main utility room has both a washing machine and a tumble drier.

Shared parking at the front of the house, with space on the side for more vehicles. Due to location, it would be recommended that new tenants drive.

The garden consists of a patio, gravel path, tiered garden, shared hot tub and BBQ.

The garage is mainly for storage but also doubles as a small gym.

The room

Smaller double with a view into the garden. Furnished with a double bed, bedside table.

The room currently shows two single beds but will have a small double in replacement when new tenant agrees.

The house is non-smoking but smokers are allowed.

We are a fairly sociable house and make use of the facilities when free.

We are ideally looking for easy-going people who are clean and tidy/working professional. We enjoy surfing, skating, photography and Netflix binges.
