Ideal commute into university or city centre by bus or train. Also straight onto A38 if you prefer to drive.

My home has amazing views across River Tamar to Dartmoor. This is a non-smoking house, but smokers can use the garden.
You share the shower/bathroom with me and a maximum of one other person.
The kitchen is available until 9pm - it's nice to have peace and quiet later in the evening.
There is a microwave and cooker, I always offer space in fridge and store cupboard. Using kitchen (and indeed the bathroom) ~ currently there is heightened need for respect and hygiene. From all of us!!!
