St Agnes house in central location

Three bedroom house all to yourself!
This is a Monday to a Friday only let (or Sunday to Thursday if that’s preferable?) that commences 2nd November 2020 up until 26th March 2021. I will not be in the property when you are here so you will have exclusive use of the house. The rental is for one bedroom with a king size bed (£750 a month) and includes use of Wi-Fi and all bills (apart from telephone). There could be the possibility of two bedrooms being available (both with king size beds) for two single people known to each other, and then that would be £550 each per month but both would have to rent on either a Mon - Fri or both on a Sun - Thurs basis. No smokers or pets.

A bit about the place...

A spacious, airy and comfortable house. Living room has two sofas (a two seater and a three seater), dining room table with chairs and a large TV. Back door leads to outdoor decking area with a table and chairs. The decking area has a gate that leads down some steps into a small grass area and small lower decking area which has a small table and chairs for two!
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Full use of all other electrical gadgets is permitted.
Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms (both with UK king sized beds) as well as a third smaller bedroom which has a single bed.
There is a basic wet room upstairs with separate toilet adjacent to this.
At the front of the house there is a gravel drive that will easily accommodate one car, two cars if parked at an angle!

Great location in the centre of St Agnes village. Within 5 minutes walk of shops, pubs, restaurants and only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach!
