Double Bedroom in St Agnes

This room is for a single person (no couples sorry) and preferably a professional female. The room will be available from January 2025 onwards.

Newly renovated house in the centre of St Agnes with a spacious double room available.

Lovely light kitchen/diner, with a separate snug/tv room and downstairs WC. Utility room and good sized garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of which I use as my office and a good sized newly renovated bathroom.

The spare room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe & chest of drawers and has lovely views across the countryside. All bills included - electric, internet, TV, water, council tax & a cleaner every fortnight.

Parking is available on the street and doesn’t require a permit.

I work from home 80% of time so would be looking for a lodger to join me who ideally does not work from home more than 1/2 days a week.

Professional people only please. It’s also very important we get on so I would always look to meet someone in person before I show you the house.

I love the outdoors, keeping fit, seeing family and generally just enjoying being in Cornwall. I like my home to be peaceful & tidy.
