The spare room is a decent sized double. It's got a double-bed, large chest of drawers and a rack for hanging clothes.
The apartment comes with an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with some sea views to the south and woods to the west. Parking is available. It’s a short walk to the beach in Duporth, Porthpean and Charlestown. Asda is within walking distance, the rest of the town and Tesco a short drive away.
It's a quiet area, a nice spot if you like a calm environment and being close to the sea.
All bills included. Washer-dryer and dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen stuff.
I'm a professional, easy going, work from home and I’m out and about 50/50 ish. Friends visit every now and then for food and hanging out.
