I'm Sophie and have managed to find a beautiful spot to rent in London Apprentice. I live in a two bed annex next to my Landlords house (who are absolutely lovely!) overlooking the Pentewan valley. It has two shared bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living space with woodburner and a decking area outside.
I'm a physio who works a couple of jobs, so may have days when I'm working from home or periods where I am away in clinic up-country. I love the Cornish countryside, running trails and bouldering and have just joined the coastguard and army reserves.
As my current housemate is sadly moving away I'm looking for someone to replace him in a small double room. I'm hoping to find someone whos close to my age (or young at heart), easy-going, enjoys socialising, is outdoorsy but also respects privacy and is happy to chill out alone. You also need to be tidy and clean.
Bills: 100-150 per month
Move in date would be end of Feb/ beginning of March! But I am happy to wait to find the best match of housemate :)
