Double en-suite bedroom in lovely cottage

I am looking to sublet a lovely double room with an en-suite bathroom. The room is located within a cottage split in two halves and I rent one of these halves. My immediate neighbour has a dog that roams around freely but does not come into the house.

The bedroom and en-suite bathroom come unfurnished (the photos include furniture from the current tenant but it will not be there when you move in). You can borrow my spare bed frame and mattress. The bedroom features a dressing and shelving hidden behind large mirror doors.

The room has a great view onto a large meadow and we also have an enclosed garden..

The property is located next to an agricultural site but there is plenty of privacy. There is a shared living room and open kitchen as well as a hallway with washing machine and dryer available to use.

There is really good WiFi here (150MB/sec).

I do some of my work from home, and I also have a job on site where the cottage is located. I like to be social but also quiet times, I would like to live with someone who is clean and tidy. I am pretty outgoing, creative and would like to share space with good communication, mutual respect and a friendly attitude. Feel free to enquire if you have any questions or would like a viewing.
