A furnished, king-size bedroom in a very large, two-story house is available for one person. The house sits in a very quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac with lovely countryside views. House is fully equipped and furnished, has fibre broadband and a private drive for parking. Close walking distance to train station, ASDA, Leisure Centre, Charlestown, town centre, cinema, and beaches.

In addition to your private, first-floor bedroom, you will share a large lounge, large kitchen, and a large bathroom with just one other person. There is loads of storage space within the house, including many closets and a massive loft space. The house has a front garden and comfy rear garden, and you will have a private, off-road parking space in the driveway of the house. Besides yourself, there will be only one other person living in the house.

The £425 per month rent includes all bills. There are no fees for renting this property.

The bedroom and shared areas in the house are furnished (with beds, chests of drawers, tables, chairs, sofas, etc.). You are welcome to bring your own furniture as well. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
