Double room to rent in St Ives

Double room in a three bedroom house, to share with me (home owner) and my dog.
Large double room with large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space.
A single bed in there at the moment, but a double can easily be put there.
Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Downstairs loo as well.
Large gardens, front and back.
Street parking only, but there’s always parking outside or nearby.
An easy ten minute walk into town, plus very near bus stops to the town centre or Penzance.
Top end of St Ives, near St Ives recreation park and community orchard.
I’m generally an easy going and quiet housemate, as I like reading and going out with my dog. I do enjoy socialising and having a chat, though.
I’m usually in much of the day, and often go out in the evenings.
