Gorgeous grade II listed flat

I have a lovely furnished double bedroom for rent from mid jan. The flat itself is newly renovated within a grade II listed building. Open plan living space which you would have full use of. You’d also share the main bathroom with me which has a bath and a shower. I work quite a lot so may not see you around the flat too much, but that does mean you won’t feel crowded by having me there constantly.
I’m open to what kind of new housemate will move in, as long as you are easy going and reliable. It’s important to highlight you must be tidy and will clean up after yourself, I don’t expect either of us to have to clean up after the other person. I really like exploring new places around Cornwall on my days off work so you’d be welcome to join me if that’s your thing. The parking is restricted but you can park super close to the flat as I often do, sometimes there are spaces directly outside. The flat will be newly decorated/furnished so will look slightly different to pictures. Just message me will any questions.
I have a border collie, she is super friendly and most likely become your best friend.
For couples rent will be set at £1000 a month all bills included.
