Lovely double room to let with all bills and WiFi included. Loads of storage in the wardrobe and if you have large items - surfboards etc I have a back room with surfboard racks and plenty of room! Also have all standard amenities - washing machine/dryer/dishwasher. Shared bathroom- super powerful hot shower and clean and tidy!
The house is situated in a really quiet nice area just outside of at columb with a river just across the road. I am pretty chilled and easy to live with, I am looking for someone around my age who works locally. I really would like to find someone I get on well with and we can have a laugh and a glass of wine together! The house is big enough that we will both have our own space but I am used to living with lots of people and want a fun happy atmosphere. The garden is an absolute sun trap in the summer- although doesn’t look great this time of year!!
