Room available now.
This room has a set of drawers, wardrobe, bed, bedside table and several power outlets.

The house will be shared with myself (male) as I live here.


Sometimes my child will be staying so I will be carrying out the relevant checks.

The rent price include fibre Internet, energy, ct.
This may not apply if you work from home or don't work, I do not use much energy so if you are a heavy user due to this then the rent price may need increasing in order to compensate for that.


This can be further discussed if it arises if gas/ electric is used excessively, this is because I use very little electric and heating.


The house is semi detached with parking outside of the house, driveway use (if there's space), central heating, patio, shed for storage, large fridge, freezer washer, dryer, bath, shower, etc. (All of which is shared).

House is 5 mins from newquay airport and the A30, and 10-15 mins from newquay and Wadebridge.

Would preferably suit a single working person although I will take considerations in regards to housing benefits/UC etc.

Price: £500-600pm, deposit £250. NB. This price is for 1 person only.

Advertised price is dependant on energy usage.

Rent is payable in advance each month. Deposit to be paid before or with first months rent.
