Room to let

The room has a set of drawers, a queen sized double bed (small double), a built in wardrobe/ cupboard and several power outlets.

The house will be shared with myself as I live here, Occasionally other tenants when they are staying here and not elsewhere (1 female and 1 male)


Sometimes my child will be staying so I will be carrying out the relevant checks.

The rent price includes all bills, internet etc although if not working or someone who works from home then electricity and heating may require contributing towards if use is excessive.


This can be further discussed if it arises.

The house is semi detached with parking outside of the house, driveway use (if there's space), central heating, patio, shed for storage, large fridge, freezer washer, dryer, bath, shower, etc.

Would preferably suit a single working person although I will take considerations in regards to housing benefits/UC etc.

Price: £400pm or £100pw, £200 deposit


There may be a possibility of a bigger room in the future as I have 2 spare rooms here but one is currently in use all year round
