Double ensuite ground floor bedroom aimed at business travellers. Available from Sunday evening until Friday morning. (Occasional weekends by arrangement). Fully furnished room, en suite with mains power shower, kingsize bed, good quality bedlinen and towels changed every week. There is a flat screen Smart TV , reliable high speed broadband and a kettle with tea and coffee etc. There is also a refrigerator, microwave and toaster provided for your exclusive use.
We are in a quiet cul de sac with off road parking. There are shops, cafes, pubs, take aways, a post office and a laundrette all within walking distance. There are pretty rural walks nearby and a short drive to the nearest beach.
Situated in a central location for the rest of Cornwall, close to the A30 about 5 miles from Newquay Airport, 7 miles from Newquay. We are 16 miles from Truro and approximately 12 miles from Bodmin with good road links in both directions.
Our experience with our previous guests has been very positive and we have met some lovely people who are happy to endorse the clean, warm, comfortable accommodation we provide.
The household is welcoming and peaceful. We are non smokers but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.
I work from home and my husband works away through the week returning at weekends.
