This semi detached property is roughly 1km down from St. Day. It’s located on the road but close to the Bissoe Valley cycle route. There is a bus stop about 70 metres up the road. Parking across road in lay by or 50 metres up the road there are plenty of spaces. There is a wooden shed available for use as storage for bikes/kayaks etc. Couples are at the rental rate of £800 per month. Tenants paying normal rate are welcome to have partners stay over night a few nights per week within reason. Individuals with partial custody of children the same rule applies for children staying. Block shed by back kitchen door contains communal freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (all included within rent but washing products not provided). There’s a large back garden (another shed for my personal use currently being built there). Also a small front garden. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Room has view of road and field behind this with St. Day old church in the distance. Room has wall cupboard with clothes rail, chest of drawers, brand new mattress, TV aerial lead ready for your own TV (tv licence paid). Bedding can be provided if you pay a bigger deposit of £550.
