The house is shared with three people. The rent's £590 and inclusive of a small private sitting room and all bills. You would therefore have 2 private rooms, the small room can be used as a bedroom and the large room with en-suite (toilet, shower and washbasin) as a sitting room, up to you. There is a separate large bathroom which is shared for bath.
The main living room, artist studio and garage is not shared.
You can also have a bit of storage for bike/s and surf board/s. There's a shared breakfast/ eating area and kitchen, washing machine and Broadband is included. The garden's a small courtyard with little lawn area and outside washing line.

The household is currently made up of creatives all working from home, but we’re cool with any professional type not working from home.

Parking is in the large (free) car park 2 minute walk. Temporary (unloading) parking area available in drive. Local pubs, bus stop and shop, short 2 minute walk. 2 x Supermarkets 15 minute walk, beach 35 minute walk. Right on the main road with good double glazing. All bills (and cleaning once a week included).
