Peaceful household situated in small village with easy access to the A30. Would ideally suit somebody with their own transport but there are some bus links to Truro, Newquay, etc. The village benefits from a post office, shop and pub.
The home would be shared with my Dad, who is very quiet and keeps himself to himself however the kitchen and lounge is shared with myself, too. There is fibre broadband in the house and usual amenities.
