The house is a grade II listed terraced house. It is well located 5 minutes walk into the center of town and within an easy commute of the hospital/college/council.
The room is spacious with a queen-sized bed and ample built in wardrobe space. The bathroom has a luxury shower and huge bath! Downstairs there is a cosy living room, dining room and galley kitchen (including a dish-washer).
Out the back there's a nice little garden and garage.
Residents permit parking applies to the area.
