We have a lovely large (double) bedrooms available in Truro. Only 10 minutes walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk into the City centre. This is a lovely house in a nice area, with good size rooms and natural light through the many windows...

The house is 2 minutes walk from the bus routes! Plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops all around. Being the Capital of Cornwall, Truro is a very saught after area offering easy access to public transport, The Hospital, College and University.

Unlike most properties on the market, my properties are NON-CLINICAL, that means they all have character and a homely feel as opposed to feeling like your just renting a room and walking on egg shells all the time. This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by me for rent as we will set-up a standing order each month.
