The BUNGALOW:
It's located on a quiet estate at the Higher Town end of Truro, Tresawls Avenue. It's 3/4 mins walk to the hospital over the road and has a Spar open until 11pm daily 1 min walk away at the end of the road. It's on the main bus route (outside Spar) and about 15 min walk to the train station, 5 min drive into Truro centre.
Shared areas:
It has double patio doors leading to a sunny, private back garden, patio with table and chairs, seating areas, shed and BBQ area. Very peaceful for work or relaxation outdoors.

The bathroom and kitchen have plenty of natural light and are modern.
The bathroom has a stand alone power shower as well as a separate tub and under sink storage.
The kitchen area has a breakfast bar/dining area.
There is a 7 burner range style gas cooker with double oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, dish washer and all of the usual household appliances to use.
Note- no shared lounge area, only the dining area.
Tenants are currently 3 working, professional women. Current house mates are hospital workers and have varying hours including night shifts so a peaceful tenant is necessary.
Landlord will need access to shared areas a few times a year for maintenance only, and with prior notice.
Very convenient location- would suit hospital or college worker as it's a few mins walk.

Full time workers only. No students.
Deposit and first month's rent to be paid upon agreement of tenancy (from the date agreed). Sorry, but I cannot hold the room for a tenant to move in a month or so later unless rent is paid for those months. Please ask if you need to dicuss dates and we can see what works for both.
Available now for long term. Contact will be a rolling monthly, with one month notice given from either party if the contract needs to end for any reason.
