Extremely Large Double Room House Share

Looking for a housemate to share with two other people. I have the largest room in the house available for rent.

Preferably looking for a female housemate because we would prefer a mixed environment in the house. I have personally found in the past that due to the need to share facilities, a woman has always been cleaner and more considerate. My housemate agrees and we both would feel more comfortable with this proffered dynamic.

Our house is 5mins from town and 3mins from Treliske by car, so this would suit a Hospital worker nicely.

This room has space for a King size bed, wardrobes, drawers etc. It currently has a double bed and TV in the room but both can be removed if you have your own.

The housemate will have a bath, shower and toilet right next to their room on the same floor. It is sometimes used by myself but I am rarely there. You will also have Superfast broadband and Sky Q in your room. Also access to a very large open kitchen, front room, 2 level back garden and laundry room.

The photos do not reflect the real size of this room and house so viewing is highly recommended.

Both other housemates are working individuals and we like a very relaxed atmosphere. We occasionally have friends round for drinks etc and you are welcome to do the same. We keep the house very clean at all times and would expect you to chip in on cleaning and simply clean up after yourself.

The Rent is £500 per month.
