Looking for a clean and sociable housemate to move in
All current housemates are working professionals
The room has been/will be let out on an unfurnished basis, though the departing housemate had agreed to leave all furniture in place as it is/as pictured at no extra cost to the incoming housemate. As such, if you agree to take up the room as seen, you will be responsible for dealing with (eg. selling on, taking away, or disposing of) the furniture when you move out.
Shared bathroom with 2 other housemates. (The rest of us are en-suite)
Spacious communal areas include a fully equipped open kitchen, lounge, and outdoor decking/patio (currently undergoing maintenance work)
20-30mins walk/5 mins drive/7 mins walk+ 5mins bus ride to Royal Cornwall Hospital/Truro town centre
5-10 mins walk to Sainsbury's/Truro Station; 10-15 mins walk to Lidl
