BEDSIT in central Truro location

Located opposite Truro railway station and a few minutes walk to Truro city centre, we have a first floor bedsit available in our Victorian house converted to provide six bedsits. Room 4 has a large window overlooking the rear of the property and shares a kitchen with one other bedsit. There are two shower rooms shared between four residents, both are clean and tidy.
The bedsit is unfurnished. Communal areas and bathrooms are cleaned weekly. Windows are cleaned regularly and we keep the outside areas tidy.
Tenants should ideally be working and able to pay the deposit of £500 plus one month’s rent in advance.
We are considerate landlords and take our responsibilities as such very seriously. All safety regulations are adhered to and any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently.
