Large Professional Double Room

A large double room to rent in a working professional’s home. The room for rent is the one pictured with the leather sofa in it on the downstairs floor. Which all items will be removed for the successful applicant. (i will take better pictures this weekend)

I am a working professional and would like the same, it is just myself and another female in the property which has been a long standing tenant of mine for sometime. She works mostly nights and is hardly ever there in the days apart from to sleep as she also works day jobs, You would have the use of a toilet and sink next too your room and you would share the main bathroom we her, it has a shower over the bath as well as a toilet and sink. I have my own on-suite on the top floor as this property is spilt over 3 levels.

I would prefer a female as generally they are cleaner and less hassle from my experience and the fact you are going to be sharing a bathroom with another female, it would just make life easier for you both.

I always keep the property extremely clean, well-kept and would appreciate the same.

All bills are included so there are no nasty surprises.

Super-fast fibre, sky HD package, hot tub & gym room.

I do have a cat, he is out in the day and with me in my room in the evenings, he does not scratch or go on any of the worktops etc.

Recently i have purchased a new washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, Dyson hoover, iron, slow cooker and lots of other items so it really wants for nothing. Plenty of utensils too.

I have had many tenants from the hospital so no problem there but i must stress this is a professional environment and not a party house, please do not get me wrong at the weekend I do like to have a drink and enjoy myself so please feel free to also enjoy the property as you wish.

5 minutes from town and 2 minutes from Treliske by car, so this would suit a Hospital worker nicely.
