A fully furnished double room available in a recently refurbished 3 bed semi-detached house in Truro. The room comes with a double bed, two modern bedside tables and matching wardrobe, the ability to have a TV on the wall (provided by yourself) and broadband connectivity included. You’ll have access to a modern, fully functioning, open plan kitchen/diner, a cosy living room with a TV, front and back garden (perfect for summer) and parking directly outside the property on a quiet road.

The house is located in a quiet residential area just a short distance from the centre of Truro (15 minute walk). Waitrose and Tesco are both within walking distance from the property and a new Premier shop is soon to be open at the end of our road. There are public transport routes close by for anyone that doesn’t drive.

I’m a young, live in landlady looking to share my home with a tidy, respectful and professional individual - preferably female! I’m looking for someone long term however there will be a 2 month notice period for the room. There will be a deposit taken which matches one months rent which will be returned to the tenant when they leave, should no damage be caused to the room and property by the tenant.
