This is a delightful, furnished double room (price is for single occupancy) with views over Truro and the hills beyond. It has an en-suite with bath and shower. The house is a lovely old Victorian on Treyew Road opposite Lidl, in easy walking distance to the city centre, bus stops and train station. Sainsbury’s is 5 minutes walk. The room has shared use of the terrace, garden and garden shed.

The kitchen is a large and friendly space with sofas for relaxing, a large communal table and dedicated cupboard space for each tenant. Everyone has their own personal fridge.

WiFi, electricity, water and Council Tax band D are included.

There is no security deposit - we ask for first and last months’ rent. So, before you move in you will pay your first and your last months’ rent in advance. Then, when you are ready to leave you give your 1 month’s notice and will already have paid your last month’s rent.

Price in ad is for single occupation - £100/pm supplement for couples.

A dedicated parking space on the drive at the front of the house is available for a supplement of £50/pm.

Well behaved, quiet pets will be considered with a supplement of £25 pm.
