Parking on road opposite house. Bus stop to Truro a minute away; walking to Truro takes about 15 minutes.
Five minutes walk from the beautiful Boscawen park and Trennick Mill . A stroll away from Sunny Corner and one of the best pubs in the county: 'The Heron'. Also a farm shop selling Cornish edibles, right by the water -a handy stop for tea/coffee.
It's an exciting time to live in the area with a new multi use building with all year round indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities being built.. A bridge linking the park to Higher Newham will be built at the end of this year. For a cyclist there are many routes to explore i/c the Newham Trail.
