This is a light and airy ground floor flat with double bedroom and en-suite shower room suitable for couples* or a single person.

The flat is conveniently situated on Treyew Road within walking distance of the town centre. It is a short way from Sainsbury’s and opposite the new Lidl store.

As you enter the flat there is a small area for hanging coats, storing shoes, etc. Then, off to the left is the door to the double bedroom and en-suite. To the right is the large sitting room with a dining area in the huge bay window, the kitchen area with fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine and a cozy sofa and coffee table opposite.

The flat is part of an old Victorian house. We have a very happy, friendly group of 6 people living in the main house - the garden and terrace area at the back are shared with them.

A parking permit for the driveway in front of the house is available for £50 per month..

We do not take deposits, but we do ask for first and last months’ rents to be paid prior to moving in. When you decide to leave, you give your one month’s notice and will already have paid your last month’s rent.

Although the bed is pictured with linen, no linen, pillows, duvets or towels are provided.

All bills, including Council Tax Band A are included.

It may be possible for you to bring a well behaved pet, but we would need to talk about that first. A supplement of £25 per month would be payable.
