It’s a comfortable house with a well fitted kitchen and lovely shower room. There’s plenty of storage and preparation space in the kitchen for your own utensils etc. Space in garage can be made available for bikes/surfboard etc.
There is also a lovely garden which you are free to use. High speed fibre broadband. Netflix. Disney. YouTube. Prime
It’s a relaxed household with a good vibe occupied by myself, one existing female lodger and Sensei the cat!
