The current renovation projects will not affect the first floor rooms rented out- the advertised room is to the rear of the house on the first floor and the front room is already rented to an NHS professional. The tenant would also have a first option on a larger downstairs double bedroom which will be rented out at £650 pcm and will have a double bed, sofa and kitchenette and is currently being renovated (aiming to be completed later this year).
The current room advertised has a kitchenette with cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also small 4 drawer pine unit, wall hooks for hanging space, a small infra red heater, smoke alarm, under bed storage space and kitchenette bureau. The shared bathroom is next door with a shower over bath, basin and toilet, all towels and bedlinen provided. There will be access to a garden utility with sink and washing machine, we have a sitting out area (patio table, chairs and rotary drying line in the back garden).
