A spacious room with en-suite bathroom and shower situated within a large detached house that is 5 minutes walk from the town centre and close to RCH Treliske. The bedroom has a wardrobe and is fully furnished. There is BT infinity (unlimited super high speed broadband) included as are all bills and a cleaner once a month. There's also a separate 'lodger lounge', a large garden and patio that's not overlooked.
The house is eco-friendly and close to carbon neutral. We have an EV charging point and secure bicycle storage with charging for e-bikes.
We are friendly, quiet types that love the outdoors. We like to keep the house tidy and most of the time its very quiet here (ideal for shift workers) and being a large property it never feels like we are under eachother's feet. There is one other full time lodger and I am away about 50% of the time.
