EXCELLENT CENTRAL TRURO LOCATION - one minute's walk to Truro railway station and a short walk to the city centre with its many amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, markets, cinema and Hall for Cornwall. The house is a large Victorian terrace with outside space and on local bus routes, 2 minutes to the local Sainsbury’s.
Our house has six studio apartments, each of which has been refurbished as existing tenants have moved out. The Loft Room bedsit was refurbished in 2017. The room is on the top floor and has lovely views to the front and rear of the house. The bedsit has an integrated kitchen with cooker, extractor fan, fridge and a good range of cupboards. There is also an en-suite shower room.
All the existing residents are working. Communal areas are cleaned weekly, the windows are cleaned regularly and we keep the outside areas clean and tidy. As landlords we are very responsive to any issues that may occur. We want our residents to be comfortable and secure.
The bedsit is double sized for SINGLE occupancy only - our licence does not permit couples to live in the bedsits. It is currently unfurnished but we can provide basic furniture if required. Rental includes water, gas, electricity and council tax. We require tenants to be in employment and to commit to paying the rent monthly by standing order.
