Lovely house with garden near Treliske hospital

LIVING ROOM

About us: I am a friendly , open-minded and easy-going person.. It's a pretty quiet house, which I like but also sometimes like to share meals and cups of tea and have 'community time'.. I am interested in society, psychology, what's happening in the world, spirituality and philosophy and just life in general.

There is one single rooms available. It has a single bed with a desk and shelves plus hanging space. The bathroom is shared with 2 other ladies and has a full bath, shower and loo.

There is an extra loo on the ground floor.

The house is in a lovely position on the edge of the housing estate with views over the countryside. There is a small garden to the back and side of the house.

The shared areas are kept clean and tidy and we share the cleaning and gardening (cutting grass).

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc and extra gadgets. The living room/dining room is fully furnished. There is a garage where you can store some things if you need to.

It is near Treliske hospital (10mins walk, 3 mins by car) so this would work well for someone who works there. There is a bus to central Truro just outside which goes every hour and frequent buses to the centre just 5 minutes walk away. Driving to the centre takes about 5-7 minutes.

There is parking for a car in the lane opposite..
